Return & Exchange Procedure, You can return the product you purchased from Lindodogs.com by sending it to us with our contracted cargo companies within 14 days from the invoice date, together with your invoice.

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all your copies must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for prepaid products.

In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with the contracted cargo company (Ups Cargo). For returns sent with other shipping companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer paid.
