Returns and Exchanges

    We are sorry that you want to return the Lindo product. Please make your return shipment using our contracted cargo company/number. (UPS Shipping Code: 1Y027X)
  • What is your return policy?

    You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the invoice date by sending it to us with the invoice, together with our contracted cargo company. UPS cargo agreement code is 1Y027X (In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with our contracted cargo company (Ups Cargo).) Returns of products that their original packaging are damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all your copies must be sent along with the product you want to return. Products that do not have invoices are not accepted. Returns sent with other shipping companies are the responsibility of the buyer. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer paid.

    All your orders will be shipped free of charge by UPS shipping. If you choose other shipping (Yurtiçi Kargo) you should pay cargo fee.
