Lindodogs.com aims at the principle of unconditional customer satisfaction with its Free Shipping service. All of the products you have purchased are sent free of charge by UPS Cargo.

Return & Exchange Procedure

You can return the product you purchased from Lindodogs.com with your invoice within 14 days from the invoice date through our contracted shipping companies.

We cannot accept the return of products whose original packaging has been damaged, used and in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer. The original and all copies of the invoice must be sent along with the product you want to return. We do not accept the return of products without an invoice.

In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with the contracted cargo company (Ups Cargo). For returns sent with other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer paid.
